Does anyone know of any high yielders?

I'm curious if it's possible to even grow a high yield on a auto flower it seems they always don't yield but a few oz, has anyone pulled more then 4oz per plant and if so which strain and how long did you let it grow?

Also if grow a auto flower veg it for 2 months and flower for 30 days wouldn't it really considered flowering longer since it gets done in 90 days or shouldn't you veg them for that long?

I've seen a few people say they've pulled 6oz+, and the odd few close to double figures. I think the growers pulling the big yields know the strain well and have the setup and schedules completely dialled in. I can't be bothered searching for the threads or on Google, but it shouldn't be hard if you type "big yield Autoflowering" into Google.

You can't control the veg time. They usually start preflower at 3-4 weeks, but could be slightly longer depending on genetics or any stress. They will flower when they're ready no matter what light schedule.

What you are looking for are the new breeds of super autos that have come out in the last 3 or 4 years. have gotten 9oz on my best plant of buddha magnum in 15gal supersoil ~90days. Midweeksongs sour dieselxpink amnesia yielded a bit over 8oz in 5 gal dwc under only 250w of led~75 days (probably my best g/w grow to date in ~5 years). Ch9 climax yielded 5oz in 10g supersoil and was done in 70days. Short stuff-tha shiznit yielded 5oz in 10g super soil~75days. Havnt been growing any autos latelly but will be doing nothing but autos this summer, trying to decide on a pack to order, then i have 7 freebie autos, may start a thread on here since this will be a "break" from normal ops and might actually have time to make weekly posts of it.

Doing a 20/4 light schedule will give you best veg and overall yields. Dont overthink it, its all in the genetics. Btw worst auto i have done was an ak47, and was around before any super auto strains, yielded 2oz, grew like a christmas tree and lacked in the density. All the super autos above had good-very good density.

Sorry fpr the cryptic nature of my post. I prolly shouldnt have posted.
I dont grow autos, cant tell you strains or anything
I mainly grow landrace sativa. But in my years of doing so ive ran across many autos. Not shit "ruderalis" but equatorial sats that get maybe an hr or so dif in daylength throughout the year. These tend to go by age and can flower as soon as theyre mature, even on 24/0 but dont like it and you can hold em off some. some you can hold on to. a little further south and they are age as well as photo
I believe these are called facultative photoperiodic plants.
You can get massive yields on these. They will veg much longer before naturally wanting to flower, you can hold em back with high lighting.
If your purely outdoor. Its still useful.
Where i am my longest day of year is 14hrs 6min. Alot of plants flower too soon for me. Why i started mainly growing landrace when i was outdoor..
Anyway im kinda rambling hope it made sense
But i know it doesnt help anybody

You don't pick the time. They flower when they want to, that's why their called auto's. And yes the ones I have grown were for the most part low yielders.

right but 2 of them didn't start flowering until the flip that's shy I wondered
What flip? With auto's you provide as much light as possible re time and let them do their thing. If you had to flip to 12 to get them to flower, you were either to impatient or you didn't have a true auto. If you were impatient then you lost yield by not providing enough light.

gotcha, I didn't know that about autos into I was already there but I've heard 18/6 is better for autos

I have gotten 5+ ounces of of heavy weights fast and fast, and their 2fast and 2vast. When I am trying to get the best yields, I stick them under a 1000w HPS an run em 24\0. My favorite auto is Dinafem White Widow xxl. I grow it for me only, the rest are given out traded sold etc.

how long from seed and have you ran a 24/0 and 18/6 or just always did the one I would think they need sleep?

I get the concept but some don't actually auto flower like others
They should all automatically flower Independently from the photoperiod, it's in their lineage to do so. I have herd of some never fully flowering that is the only exception to the best of my knowledge.. Even those showed pre flowers and the beginning of bud formation then stopped

I had one strain that had to hit 14 to flower but they still called it an auto :(.
