I thought 1500 ppm's was the the max you would want to run? I've dabbled but no expert but my understanding is 1200 is optimal with lights on.I doo co2 on average 3000 ppm in veg it makes an insane difference can grow it 4 inches a day with hortilux 7200 mh . im currently doing an experiment one room no co2 other room with co2 so far they look the same . ive never done it with out co2 lol
How are you controlling the burner? Is it just a relay that turns it on and off, and at 3000ppm are you still getting proper combustion?yes indeed the 3000 ppm sounds high ! but in fact I did start it at 1200 like the old books say . I started to crank it up slowly day after day until I finally maxed out a my control highest ppm . yes they like the higher co2 indeed in veg I have it 85f and its about 60 wet strong 1000 watt lighting can grow it faster then any where in the world under this condition . in my opinion and experience the 1200 or 1500 ppm is bull shit . slowly crank it up . I have a burner . if you have a bottle it might be wasting your money .
It depends on lots but you would be running a generator at that size as opposed to bottles. There are lots of charts available that will tell you what you need re amounts of CO2. The extra cost of running a sealed room with cooling, sealed lighting, ext.. If your going to run a 40 x 8 room you've got lots to look into and CO2 will be but a small part. Also pretty sure with that size you will need a way to distribute the gas evenly so keep that in mind as well.So I will be growing out of a 40' x 8' x 8.5' shipping container in the very near future and wanted to know about CO2? I would like this to be completely automated and produce 1000ppm when lights are on. How much will this cost me? I can install it myself. I'm not trying to go cheap and have it not work properly. This is a commercial grow.
....Love to see pics of that being put together. Sounds cool.So I will be growing out of a 40' x 8' x 8.5' shipping container in the very near future .
I plan on keeping a video log and documenting the entire grow! I am very excited....Love to see pics of that being put together. Sounds cool.
