Assuming you're referring to Mr Sanders; With the loud, insistent and unending support of We the People. Yes, it sounds like a long shot to me too, but what other options are there?

No one is going to get congress to stop taking money. You have to reduce their power and the money will diminish proportionately.

Replace Obamacare with a single payer system? All I've heard from Trump is that everybody needs to be covered, and we can't leave people dieing in the streets.

And you people say Sanders promises everything. That quote is ridiculous. He's basically saying "I'll give you everything you all want! Just vote for me!" Zero specifics, no information on how it'll be accomplished or how much it'll cost. Nothing.

The point was obvious. Trump doesn't support a single payer health care system. You and Glenn can claim he does all you want, but it's not true...

Politicians do not take money from special interest groups because the tax codes are too complicated or because of subsidies and loopholes. They take money because it gets them reelected because it buys political influence

Universal health care is not a single payer system. I believe, as Trump does, that a different system needs to be in place for people who can't afford the treatment they need to stay alive. When we stop free care for illegals, there will be more money to help our own

why are all northern european countries ranked ahead of the u.s. in nearly every category that matters to people? none are clamoring for u.s style democracy nor health care. they're also not bitching about the cost of the programs.

just another misdirection from the party that can't point to one program or policy that has worked
