my first time with the aeroflo2 36, finally ready to go

first, anyone knocking the aeroflo setup dont stop here. it was free i paid 0$ for it. i have read the little people hating on it and i have read the many who were sucessful and swear by it. i care not about anyones gro other than my own. i have pieced this setup together over couple months, bought a couple mistakes, found some great deals grew a few mothers and now i sit just a day or 2 from starting the madness. i have 28 in baskets sitting in a pool of nutrient about 1/3 the way up the net pot. roots are already coming out of the net pots. still need 8 to completely fill the 6 site system.

shit, stoned and my eyelids were tryin to slam shut last night. these are pre aeroflo today or tomorrow ill put the net pots in the syster

i have 28 netpots with plants the other 8 i will put in pots this evening and move them over saturday. probably veg them for at least a couple days.
these first cuttings were on the small side but i was to impatient and ready to rock.

So what nutrient regime are you going to run??PH control is vital in these systems.

I'm down to see how this goes, subbed. I ran 5 aeroflo 60s a few years back. Great results, terrible design though. Just keep up on changing your sprayers and flushing your system!

You definitely do not want to use organics in these systems bc if something blooms up
it will clog quick. I use sprayers in mine attached to 1/2 inch pvc and with the red sprayers
i bought the have not clogged in 2 years, not once. On another site we had a group grow
with the leaders well versed in the aeroflo and I learned more about my system and good
nutrient regimes. Gl all OG

I am going with holland secret, forgot to put that in my first post. I used it in ebb and flow and i like it a lot its clean as it gets. Possibly hygrozyme if i see any need. I read all about how it slimes some people but im not worried at all. Maybe ton of bud toward the end but i was wanting to just try the 3 part alone to compare with other grows that used the boosters. I wouldnt dream of using any organics, this is hydro, to me that is in no way organic. There is another bloom additive i cant remember but its in the holland line.

See my aero was givin to me so not sure if it was sll there. The sprayers are just a pvc like 1/2 in or so with holes about every site. No sprayers attached just holes that shoot a stream. I was thinking the ricochet is where the spray came from. Is that not so?

I am a little bummed about not going with co2 right now. That may change but right now all i have is a portable ac so i have to vent the heat. Im going to get a window unit and try to make it into a split unit by cutting the lines and making a box for the condenser and adding a fan. Run tubing thru the wall and presto there u have it a diy mini split. Xant afford a real one right now.

tomorrow ill start the clock. there are 4 total strains. not a good choice but northern lights x chronic (spanish seeds) and gsc (midweeksong) are really looking good. 1 is gsc 2 is the nl hybrid here may be 2 or 3 of each of them.

Hey i finally got them down. I have them on 80 seconds on 160 off for the feeding. I hear of people going with on constantly. What do u think on that.
I hate to say that i am not really happy with the design at all, i thought there would be a mist of water in the rails but there is not. So the thing really isnt areo at all, more like ebb and flow nft

Ok after a day im a little off edge i came today to see there wasnt any wilted plants. I was afraid they wouldnt get enough water but with the drains raised up they are good. I have a positive outlook now. Does anyone keep their pump on constantly?
