Can you explain to me what Trump is proposing to stop immigrants from securing any employment or residence that would be so easy and accomplished without stepping up enforcement? If Trump doesn't have a plan, then what are you proposing?
In so far as I know, he hasn't outlined a plan.
It's so simple it's typically dismissed by folks that don't want illegal aliens to self deport without any logical rebuttal. Because there isn't one.
Everything is already in place for enforcement and it wouldn't take more than a month or two of enforcement before every employer and landlord would be policing themselves out of sheer necessity.
Automatic $100,000 fine for intentional/unintentional employment or rental/sale of housing to illegal immigrants.
Guaranteed $50,000 whistleblower reward to
any individual who turns in the employer or landlord/property owner. Here's the "holy shit" inclusion that makes the whole thing work. The
any individual also includes the very illegal immigrant that was employed or offered housing. Sure they may be deported, but with a $50,000 parting gift.
Think about it for a minute or two. Under those conditions, what individual or business would hire someone who could turn them in the same day and cost them $100,000 for each incident? What apartment manager would rent to an illegal knowing they have a bounty on their backs worth $50,000 to anyone who finds out?
The answer to both is no one.
The amount of penalty/reward is a matter of debate, as long as it is substantial at both ends.
The difference in penalty/reward easily pays for the ancillary costs.
It is infallible. Of course, sanctuary cities/states would have to stop issuing ID cards/drivers licenses to illegals, which should have never begun in the first place.
