if i 12/12 from seed... how long till plants show sex?

Wats up guys I wanna know if a plant can show its sex without 12/12 lighting?

Has the formation on pic one blossomed any pistils yet? Pic two shows stipules, not pre-flowers.

No it didn't , my brother told me its female. He said if it was round at the top its more male it has a point so he said its more likely female.

My brother use to plant weed bak in my country so he knows a bit about it but its only outdoor grow tho
