Is this root rot?

I had cal mag problems now I'm having phosphorus. My temps were at 60 so I didn't expect it but this looks kind of slimy. Never seen root rot first time in hydro. It smells like a fish tank I guess is how I would describe it.
If it's root rot I can fight it for 3 could I clone the one Im losing hope for

yep, root rot, need to paint the bucket/airline; roots don't like light.

How do I fix it I have h2o2 on hand. 29% add directly to my system? Or dump out My current nute solution and then fill with plain water mixed with h2o2? Leave for how many hours? Then fill back up with normal nutes? I use advanced for beneficials I have only like a splash of voodoo juice left full bottles of tirantula and piranha should I add some of those?
Can I clone the one that will be dead within a few days?

Wait a few days after the H2o2 to add any beneficial bacteria. Also add some clonex or equivalent, will stimulate new root growth.

Can I soak for 5 hrs? Should I clone the one that's probably not gunna make it and set up like a sea of green or something

You can try, It maybe to stressed to root, But I wouldn't really cut anything off the "Mother" until your sure she wont make it.

How do I know for a fact it's gunna die. It doesn't look good. It looks like it slowed down tho

It's in hydro. I was loosing multiple leaves a day. I might have slight yellowing going on but nothing I can notice. Is this normal for symptoms to stop this soon after the h2o2? I was losing a lot I expected it to be dead by today

Your water temps were probably too high. Yes clone it.
