When should I top my plants for ScroG?

I'm having some problems with the leaves, they are rusting but it could be 1 of 2 things. Boron Deficiency, or calcium def. It's starting to spread. I really REALLY hope it's not that fungal infection that can ruin your entire crop. Because it's starting to spread slightly. only 1 plant is not affected by it.

But I'm thinking I should start training them soon, LST and TOP. Is there anything else that needs to be done for a ScroG?

Boron ,is one of the hardest problems that I have ever come across in all my years of growing it's a nightmare.

This does not look like a boron problem,it look more like a burn of some sort, look at all the simple things first before doing any thing, are you sure that you have not got a bit of nutes on the leaf during feeding.

Check the underside of the leaf for any thing that should not be there, because it's on a lower leaf I'm thinking that during the lights off wilt, when the plant rest's up the leafs wilt down then raise, when lights on.the leaf may have come in contact with the soil /coco and may have caused a bit of mould.

I all ways top or train the plants during veg, when using a table.i would not top I would just keep tucking the tops under the netting if doing a scrog ,because the plant will have all ready been trying to fight of the problem it has by topping it will cause more stress.i think I would nip that leaf of to be honest,it looks like some kind of blistering,I think mould
