you can not sell anything you grow ever.....Outside of the LEAGLE, REGULATED TO DEATH, market. if you do not have an OPC license(and then if you do, you can only sell to a licensed dispensary or MiP/extraction kitchen) or have a dispensary, or are a care giver and then only to your on record patients YOU CAN NOT SELL YOUR HOME GROW EVER! I'm an ass I know but seriously how could you think it would be legal to sell weed without paying to play the game??

to answer your question the answer is yes you can not sell to clubs. and clubs do not have a license, there for a legal grower can not sell to them.

As R&R said... you can't sell any of your home grow, ever.
If you have a commercial license to grow you can sell to other license holders.

What you CAN do is legally DONATE or give it away. You cannot be remunerated for your cannabis.

You are right about the private clubs. They will reimburse you and give you a 1099 and you report it as miscellaneous income. They dont ask you who grew the weed, this may be only in the springs. Its an advantage the clubs have over the dispensaries.

Just hearsay, but I think you can sell home grown to those cannabis clubs that are now popping up everywhere still. They haven't gotten around to legislating all that yet...I think. If anyone can correct me that would be awesome, like I said it's just hearsay from a friend of a friend so not really reliable. I've been in a couple and they seem pretty lose though

Right on, yea maybe it is in only in the springs or something because since I posted that I've heard it from a couple more buddies of mine that grow so I'm pretty sure it's accurate. Everyone seems really adamant that you can't every sell your home grown though

Appreciate the answer buddy, don't think you're an asshole in any sense of the word. What I will say though is, I don't know if what is being said here is 100% correct or applies to all areas. Maybe it's just here in the Springs, but I've now had multiple buddies that grow tell me they've sold to clubs before. Or for anyone who is going to get bent out on semantics, they donated home grown to the club and the club donated monies to their pockets. I don't know, I'm going to research it more myself but it seems like something that is going on at least here in the Springs.

and that is part of why they got raided by the feds. you want to have a visit from the feds for selling illegal weed? they have all your info for the 1099 so they know who and where you are.,go ahead, but I know that for a fact its illegal by state law to do exactly what you are saying and idf it is not legal state level the feds get involved

You cannot sell cannabis unless you have a license to do so.

The lion pushes the limits more than the other clubs. This reimbursement model loophole has won in court. Another example is cannacaptures and other weed delivery services. I think its a legitimate loophole and honestly people need I place to smoke and dab, so we should fight for smoke clubs.

ATF is usually looking for guns, and there have been several groups stupid enough to buy and sell guns while in the weed business in some capacity. The Feds generally show up when there's some other illegal activity suspected and stumble across the grow. It gets dismantled and destroyed, but they generally don't bother bringing charges in such cases.
