Tiny black bugs, NOT MITES

I have these tiny little black bugs just hanging out and crawling all over my plant. I'm growing in soil and I feed it jacks all purpose and real growers recharge. I know their nit mites and not gnats so what could they be? I don't have a pic sorry. But they fly around and shit. Do I need to worry and how do I get rid of them? I always use nematodes also so idk why I'm getting them. I never get bugs when I do soil due to the nematodes.

Just joover them they are harmless

All three.. they seem to be in the soil. But yes you can see them on the stems and leaves and I find a few in my hood so I assumethey fly
