You never decimated a single argument. Ever honestly its laughable to think as such.
Sounds cool but as usual bullshit. As to why you would deny that and call me a liar just after I did it again.... I can only guess it's because you have some wierd misplaced sense that I want to take credit for something. I do not. I was just reminiscing...
The fact is that you bibled fans have shown a very poor level of discussing led vs hps and an even lower level when it comes to dialectics. There are plenty of examples where I and others refuted, with facts and real world examples the hps nonsense and comparisons derived from it. Now including the above from which you desperatly try to pick 1 point. Note I said hps. I sometimes actually direct people to this forum, but with a note: the led info is decent, take the comparisons to hps with a bag of salt (one if those industrial size bags lol).
The most classic and possible earliest example to go into history is Supra and others claiming doubling the gpw at a time when the max efficiency was much lower than now. It turned out, that was actually true. Side note, the hps yield was 0.5gpw... Same thing with people spreading out the light so far they got higher gow than hps, but refused to acknowledge they needed extra space to even get the same gpw as hps.
One more example I refuted before, the nonsense of ignorant folks who think NL is in scandinavia or something. Many parts of the US get much colder... and I'm not talking about just Alaska. Additionally, there are growers in many other countries where it does get colder than here and in the US. Your argument is, such as many I refuted, just desperate cherry picking biased nonsense to avoid a factual discussion. It would logically make more sense to include a footnote in your led promotion that it's particularly useful and efficient in hot areas, rather than pretending it's not a well know issue recognized in the horticulture industry. We're digging holes to the earth's core just to overcome that.... How's that for efficiency.
Anyway, have you ever measured the leaf temperature of your plants throughout the crop? Can you show me some data? I look forward to switching to led and show you how to use a growlight properly, but I can't simply solve the (lack of-) heat issue by putting my head up your ass too. Might keep me warm but not my plants.
