Are you asking would I rather they just be blown up by drone along with random people who happen to be nearby instead? It is much simpler than a trial but I gotta say that waterboarding seems a tad bit gentler...

You know as well as I that in '10, '12, and ,14 that the American people decided not to trust the Mormon Mitt, but still didn't trust Obama enough to give him his congress, but decided to put checks on his ambitions with a republican congress that has been halting as much of his bullshit as possible and have 3 times decided to maintain that stance with their Congressional choice.

So by your logic, those with the power elected Obama twice? Those same guys who by your theory rigged hundreds of other elections?
