VORTEX FAN NOT WORKING!!!

Ok everyone so I ordered a vortex fan from Amazon and I received it this morning opened the package only find out after plugging it in the fan does not work. I don't know if maybe I'm missing some type of on off switch I've never ran a inline before. Please any advice would be appreciated and I posted a picture or the fan I have

should come on as soon as plugged in. unplug, try to spin with hand, check on another outlet

Unfortunately I did not but I ordered from Amazon so I will be contacting them for a exchange just kinda sucks I am in need of the fan now so I may have to order another and just have them refund me my money

Was it in sold and stock and shipped by Amazon or fulfilled as Amazon

If so call their customer service and they'll prob replace and do next day shipping

I'd boot that piece of shit across the room take it apart try to fix it if I can't get it going then I'd buy another overnighted unless you don't currently have a grow going but returns over the Internet are kind of a pain in the ass. The 8 inch hydrofarm I have still going strong after like 5 years and she was one of the cheapest at the time without being said generic piece of shit.

Does the plug have a fuse in it and would it be worth replacing it just to check thats not the problem?
