Pests and Disease Prevention Regiments

I have a couple ladies in veg right now about a foot tall and I always seem to run into cats and gnats and pm and different stuff.. what is a good regiment to do for these girls.. I have spinosad cold pressed neem azamax diatomaceous earth and now eagle 20 for a pm prob I'm dealing with now.

any one suggest a good regiment?

IMO that what attracts pests even molds is fucked up plants

get the plants in order, and you have no(none, zero, depleted) pests

pm(powdery mildew) is no biggy but shows you do have poor temp control also poor humidity control

maintain the correct temp and RH for your grow space again zero mold issues

with the bugs ..its important to ID and know your bug, gnats are the best indicator of over watering, use less

Gnats are the best indicator you fucked up,

in another 2-3 weeks you may well have root rot

a leading indicator of too much water and less air in the soil (thats serious)

cats as in tigers and cougars should be shot on site,

Texas has now more Bengali's than India and Bangladesh together

anything less than 308 calibre then you are the target, also cats including the house moggy are vectors for viri

and should be banned near plants

best in ur list is cold pressed Neem spray 1x time per week from germ to harvest,

simply add a teaspoon once warmed to a pint spray bottle shake and spray best before rain

I painted my neem bottle black so stays fluid in the sun during winter

what can I do about the pm that is already in existent? neem?

spray with Neem Oil on the leafs surface and under

no more water until really lite to lift or plant is wilting bad

Pm is the little sister of Pythium the bitch known as Bud Rot, later look for the grey mold

Bud Rot will be a nightmare for old or young growers

and I still get it every year areal bitch ..lol

ps azamax is neem oil mixed with soap and maybe purfume?

a commercial preparation, as aza-dectin is the fancy name for neem oil

also I had neem oil in a curry last week it was great ..lol

A few gnats ain't a big deal...they are attracted to healthy soil mixes but thrive in overwatered conditions. Of course good drainage & watering strategy is best course of prevention fungus gnats can still occur. Neem oil will do nothing to stave them off but it does prevent a slew of other leaf munching pests like thrips...give a spritz on the leaves during veg if you feel they need it. Spinosad does sorta the same thing but more immediately...it kills quickly whereas neem oil takes longer to work. Neem makes the bugs forget to eat & procreate so they die off slowly but spinosad will kill them in a day or so like a poison.
I think the best stuff you got is that diatomaceous earth which will kill gnats and their larvae. Just sprinkle a bit on the top layer of your pots like fairy dust...works wonders. It helps I think to also mulch your pots; I use a straw & bark nuggets mix. Covered with DE it creates an impenetrable fortress for gnats & other soil mites plus helps retain moisture so you won't have to overwater to keep the soil hydrated. Also be sure you've got a large enough pot for your plants size...alotta overwatering issues I see here on RIU result from using too small a container.
