I love it .. never going back to top feeding unless I have to, which I can't see happening.
5 plants 1- lemon haze 2-sour diesel 3- haze berry, 4- og kush 5-white widow. (nice selection)
Firstly I want people to know you DON'T need run off.. you just dont.
I'm on my 4th week of flowering. Granted I should have gotten them bigger, I kept the light close in veg
so my babies are short and bushy stiff little buggers, Though the lemon haze is real tall, almost too tall for the light.
I'm going to load a pic of the inside of the tent tomorrow. I'm using a 600w hps, two desk fans and an inline extractor with carbon scrub in a 1.2M tent. temps are around 26 -28C (uk) I think that's around 80F?
It's sooooo much easier than last time. Run off pisses me right off.. this way humidity stays lower, no having to go back in to collect the water from the trays.
I just pour the solution into the tray and glug glug it's gone in seconds. keep going slowly plant by plant and back over them until a tiny layer holds in the tray and boom.. fed for the day.
The other advantage is, you know exactly how much each plant wants/takes, if one slows feeding or stops, you will know straight away (which hasn't happened yet).
Today I went in 3 pts were heavy 2 were lighter.. so I fed two plants, poured a little bit into the trays of all just to be sure, but the two thirsty ladies were the two larger plants.. all made sense, well in control of whats going on, this is only my 2nd grow.
just thought I'd share my revelation with you all.. if this thread gets interest ill put the pics up tomorrow if not then fuck you haha joking
