I understand. We have only recently opened our online store. Please accept my apology, and feel free to message me with any future concerns.
What does that have to do it? It's about manners respecting the members threads? Apology accepted but I ask if you see my name as the thread starter, keep going

I knew this day would be coming...it was inevitable when ads started being sold here. Seeing that we are a bunch of disrespectful punk weed farmers, I am not surprised.

But I think you are being a little harsh on these folks. I didn't think it was a rude interruption and they brought cake (prizes).

I have been paying very close attention to the advertisers here. Some of the advertiser's products are shit. If one of those products started spamming I would probably react differently. But last BBQ (2014 actually) I dropped in on one of their locations and the place kicked ass.

So we have a business I respect making respectful mini-spams that offer prizes. How can that be so fucking bad?

People got to make a living. I respect the way NHS does. I think they did just fine.

edit.... and these folks pay the bills at RIU so that outages are minimized to only weeks rather than entire growing seasons. If RIU gets enough sponsors they are bringing "Rep" back.

So I recently made the move. I love it. It's not full, everyone told me not to go that Colorado didn't like out of towners.. It's all bullshit. For affordable rent Greeley has been very nice.. I wouldn't want to move to Denver if it was me.. Estes park is beautiful and Fort Collins is probably the best of both worlds.. College girls and mountains.. Hit me up when you get here..

I've been a member since 08 also.. Nice to see the OG's around here
Shhhhhh!

100 acres with house ....hope you got a mill or two
Na, there's decent land for much cheaper. I don't know what the quality of land is like but I'll be looking at one that the pics show plenty of trees, grass and a adequate home for under 500k. But it could be very disappointing. Our limit is the 500...gotta be decent land and a house for that....somewhere lol

I understand completely. Harsh maybe....and I do understand they gotta make a living. Yes they pay the bills...but could use some manners lol
This is Talk n Toke... Manners?

Nah, I think it might have just rubbed you the wrong way. I did not find it rude. They were being a little cheekie but it can't be easy trying to talk shop to us. We can be pretty brutal.

From my experience, these are good folks right in the heart of the Emerald Triangle. I'll bet there are one or two people there who know their shit real good. I do not doubt that they are sincere about wanting to help us and answer questions - that's how you get to be a good shop. I am not upset that they are around.

There is going to be more of this coming. It will be easier if we just submit to the inevitable as long as it is handled well. Crappy products and services will be gone pretty quickly. Word gets around.

It did rub me wrong and I reacted. Manners being, at least introduce yourself in the thread or something. The advertisers are here to be personal with the members and earn new business or reconnect with past clients. But yeah, I'm over it, all is well....

NHS Controller checking in, we have a new guy with a lot of enthusiasm... sorry we rubbed anyone the wrong way, he's a nice fellow and honestly motivated to help customers. We've had a little chat, though.

Anyone wants a 10% off coupon, please PM me. And you, twistedentities -- PM me if you want a REALLY good coupon on that Gavita, figure we owe you one.

Now, about that trip to Colorado - my dad retired there, near Hartsel. Got a great deal on 7 acres and a house, I think he paid $155k and did the loan through a US Dept of Agriculture guarantee. I didn't realize they made rural housing loans, don't need a farm, just regular rural housing. He got a great rate with a low down payment. Nice area, lots to see.

No worries. And welcome to RIU! I'll do some checking around hartzel. Hoping we don't need much of a loan. Between my business in Florida selling, we should be able to start over there almost debt free. Gonna keep our house here for a few years, just in case being that far from the ocean becomes an issue lol. I can walk to it from here....it'd take a bit longer if we move. I don't enjoy the beach itself but enjoy the ocean air

You might be able to find that kind of land for that price in Pueblo West, but like you said it's a question mark about the quality that it would actually be. 500,000 for 100 acres with a house isn't crazy if it's in a low cost area

Yeah, that's my biggest concern. If I have to cut property size down to get into a decent area, no prob. Even 20 acres would be nice in the right area. All I know is I'm done with Jersey. I can't take this shit. I know there's corruption everywhere, but Nj has a special kind of it...armpit of the north
