It's all the "caffeine" from the "coffee" he's had.

there used to be one in Hamilton Ont called up in smoke cafe tho it was closed down last year i believe. We don't have anything were you can walk in and buy herb as far as I know, but i don't think they have a couple in toronto that if you provide your own herbs you can relax and smoke at

after checking google, I discovered that, in only the toronto area, there are a number of coffee shops. They appear to be quite prolific in canadian cities, perhaps as common as they are in American ones. You should have no problem finding a coffee shop once in Canada
