Very slow grow from vegie, leaves not as green as normal. Untill mid flower, leaves start to burn and get out of hand at week 4... Bud stop and all leaves burn out... I have this problem last 6 months, every single crop... Any idea can help ..

Sounds like you've got some type of pest...
Have you checked for bugs? On and under leafs? On the stems? In the soil?
I don't know much about bugs, but if i were you i would be looking up broad mites, russett mites, and root aphids, among others...

I zoomed in on the last pic and i think i see little yellowish dots on the leaf , are those mites?

It's hard to say for sure without at least 60x magnification but I'd say the odds are good. Makes perfect sense tho.
Yield was shit from my mite infested crop but quality looks decent -- especially since it was picked way early.

Magnesium deficiency can be caused by too low ph, have you been monitoring your ph?

I checked ph at 6.5 last 3 crops, this time i don't... All are same problem.my lamps are 1,5 year old. Is it cause this damage

You've had the same issue for multiple grows. Do you really think it is a nutrient problem?
Sounds like bugs to me, and others, but at the end of.the day it is your room, your grow, your problem.

If you are serious about rectifying this recurring problem then you have to go back to basics.
1. Do they start life in 4 gallon pots with the same mix
2. Does your medium dry between watering
3. Calibrate your metre and start using it (incorrect ph or ec ranges will affect plant osmosis and limit nutrient availability)
4. What is your average ROOT temperature (if your pots are sat on a cold floor or you water is too cold this will also affect uptake of necessary nutrients and can lead to associated problems)
5. It is good practice to measure run off ph and ec levels, to make sure they are within optimum ranges
6. Have you considered using a diluted base nutrient in either your water or, as a foliar feed (never past bud set unless your temps/humidity and extraction is on point).
7. Get a bag of ditomaceous earth and sprinkle a couple of centimetre layer ontop of your medium, on every pot, for every grow. Prevention is better than cure and with that in mind,
6. Get some yellow sticky traps and hang them everywhere.
Treat it as an experiment and label a few pots, try watering less on one plant, diluted feed to another, foliar to another and so on. Use this set back to up your growing game bruva.

Get some new lamps too if your using HID`s they drop off between 8months and 14 months in so at 1.5 years your due a lamp change if using hps

Yes, you're almost certainly overwatering.
The best way to check if you need to water is by weight of the pot. The finger test just isn't accurate.
You should probably be watering every 4 or so days, depending on plant size, lights, airflow and humidity.
Overwatering is feeding too often, not feeding too much. You want it to dry out pretty good between waterings. Promix is nice airy stuff so you shouldn't have any issues, just keep it fed and let her dry out between feedings.
I would guess overwatering has killed more marijuana plants than any single pest could hope to.
