Pistil or what?

Hi guys.

Just noticed this on my 4 week old seedling. Is that a pistil? It's on the 5th node just below the top that's developing. Isn't this way too early to show that?

I dont think so....I have had pistils show up early during veg cycle....not that early, but I think it is a sign it is female...I'm no expert but I like to think positive!

It was a fem seed so I'll be dissapointed id it turns out to be a gent.

I just started to see small white hairs on both my plants also. I wasnt sure if what i was seeing were pistils because i was told a plant wont tell you its sex until flower cycle. They turned 3 months feb. 27. Let me know what you guys think... Pistils???

well no they don`t show sex till they flower

people think running their lights 18 to 24 hours means the plant is in "veg" ok they don`t flower much but most strains will start the flower after node 5 regardless of lighting times just normally the flowers are very tiny and develop very slowly some people even grow pure sativa`s with 27/7 blue light and take a year or more to finish them just because that`s the flowers they like best, normally there`s no profit in flowers like that so only the person growing them enjoys them

Plants will show sex when they mature regardless of light cycle.
