I no longer have but i had built one of these from a rotisserie and it was great. Let that thing tumble a while while you go do whatever.
Exactly. I used to do bubble bags, but that's just too much messy work. Even with an electric mixer. Plus, there's more of a flavor profile with dry extraction, it seems you wash some of that away with water and ice...
