Now compare that with what is known about this case. Hillary set up a private server to store her email records. This is expressly against the rules as she dismissed our ambassador to Kenya for something similar.

Also consider that she had thousands of classified documents there. The security on her server isn't as good as the state departments.

And the law provides that this is a crime if intentionally done or if negligently done.

She is at a minimum guilty of the lesser charge the general pled guilty to. And it looks as the shoe fits on this charge as well.

She didn't disclose she had these emails on a private server. Remember that. They would have forever been concealed had not her records been subpoenaed by congress and the server was then discovered.

Do you think hillary is an IT expert? Do you think she maintained this server with no help? No of course not. Whoever maintained that server had access to top level classified documents without appropriate clearance.

I'm not saying she has done nothing wrong. I don't really know and neither do you. Everything you've said thus far is crap.

So, what about Trump University? How do you feel about your candidate being hauled up for Fraud under Racketeering charges.

Trump is far from my candidate. He scares the shit out of me.

But I'm more willing to give him a pass becuase I agree with him on more things than not, just like you do with hillary.

The reason for this is there are layers of separation between trump and the fraud that may or may not have occurred. Where as hillary knowingly broke the law.

And I'll also say that what Trump did isn't that bad. A fool and his money are soon parted. He cashed in on his reputation and any fool that thought he had some secret to the universe is an idiot. I don't have much sympathy for them.

Your info about Hillary's server is not what I read. The server was already there, because Ex-Presidents have a server in their home to use. I'll bet the server is completely secure, certainly secure enough for classified data. Hillary just started using it.

You know, I'm pulling for them to uncover everything she did and report it. I hate this kind of foot dragging. The thing is, this is such an old scandal. The stuff that the wingnuts are talking about is a year old. If something really bad had taken place, you'd think that it would have come to light by now.

Its not as if I'm a fan of Hillary but the barking dogs of the right aren't very good sources of information. Which is about all that anybody can cite. I don't think a trainwreck is afoot. Something will come out but nothing major. I could be wrong, this is just my opinion.

I guess you and I will get a chance to compare notes on this later. Be sure to call me out if I was wrong. We can both get a good laugh out of it.

That you would disregard Trump's past actions is telling. Trump is not a conservative, he is an authoritarian leader in the mold of Mussolini and Franco. You are saying you want a dictator to lead us and don't care what his crimes are. Just like the Nazis.

Wrong.......you don't know what you are talking about. The issue is the she did not even have a state dept. email account and all her email was directed to the home server, which in itself is a violation of the law. Then she and her cronies send emails to one another over the unsecured server which contained highly classified info, some of which has already been leaked out.

Then add in the passing of her secured password info so each of them could log into her account, which is another violation......either way, I can't wait til may when all your heads will explode!

Obama is out to get her, watch and see. They hate each other, and it will be his final gift to the American public watching her become a disgraced politician........

There also reports that she secured donations to her foundation thru bills speeches at extremely high fees in order to secure favors while she was at the state dept. this supposedly is what the fbi is investigating presently and why it's taken so long to finalize the report........
