2014 was definitely the hottest year on record

Where does it say he was arrested 'with the clan' maybe he got arrested for assault against them. I dont see any proof here other than a name.
We have no proof that your tiny penis is tiny, but we all know it is. We've implemented Republican logic. If it quacks like a duck and looks like a duck, it must be a duck. Trump talks like a racist, and his father was a racist, active member of the KKK, therefore he is a racist. Benghazi emails told me so.

In 1927? What does that have to do with global warming, and Obama saving us from rising sea levels?
Because you're a denier. You deny global warming, you deny racism, you deny economic prosperity. You're a Republican shill with no self-value. You add nothing to a conversation and your tiny penis is extremely tiny.

NOAA Radiosonde Data Shows No Warming For 58 Years
I wonder if @Not GOP even knows what a radiosonde is and why it is not a very good tool for the kind of study that the article uses to make its assertion. That article, by the way, comes from a website funded by petrodollars.

Oh sure, ice coverage at the poles shrinking, glaciers melting, warmest weather recorded in most areas of the planet and deniers say there is no warming. Might as well say up is down and down is up.

Carbon Dioxide released through industrial activity is accumulating in the atmosphere is changing the greenhouse effect of the atmosphere. Evidence identifies this rise in CO2 is from industrial sources, not volcanoes.

That said, is the earth warming as fast as NOAA said? There is a lot of data that disputes the agency's estimate of 3 degree rise in 50-100 years. For myself, I'm convinced that it is not warming that fast but I don't claim expertise, I'm just following the debate. @Bugeye has a pretty good argument for disputing surface temperature rate rise estimates. Yet warming is still in progress, only the rate of rise is probably less. And that's a good thing. It gives us time to make the necessary changes to avoid the kind of scenarios that will happen, just farther out in time.

Here is a less hysterical article on the subject.

Did Global Warming Slow Down in the 2000s, or Not?
http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/did-global-warming-slow-down-in-the-2000s-or-not/

The global warming “hiatus,” a controversy that spawned congressional hearings and thousands of skeptical blog posts before being curbed last year, is back.

The “hiatus” refers to the observation that global warming has slowed in the past 15 years. The planet is still warming, but just not as quickly as some climate scientists expected it to.
...
...
Now, a group of prominent climate scientists are challenging NOAA’s conclusion in a commentary published this week in Nature Climate Change.

THIS GRAPH SHOWS A “SLOWDOWN” IN RISING TEMPERATURES UNTIL 2010. THE BLACK LINE SHOWS TEMPERATURES AS PREDICTED BY CLIMATE MODELS, AND THE RED LINE SHOWS ACTUAL TEMPERATURES. WARMING HAS RECENTLY INCREASED, BREAKING HISTORICAL RECORDS IN 2014 AND 2015.

How did it break a historical record when in the geologic data going back 400,000+ years that it has been warmer multiple times? Oh yeah, this is propaganda, not science. Carry on!!

What are you talking about? I don't speak wingnut so pardon me, can you explain what Scientific American published that was propaganda?. Also, can you explain why during that 400k years, there is no record of the kind of temperature rise that the earth experienced over this short of a time?

What this heer "rate-o-decline" mean?

They don't understand the time scale. I've asked that one in the past many times..

"But it's been this warm, and WARMER in the past though!"

"Yeah, but it has never gotten this warm, this fast in the past, never, not in the entire history of the Earth.."

"How do you know?"

"Ice cores go back hundreds of thousands of years, they give us a detailed understanding of what past atmospheres were like and they extrapolate average temperatures through that, including tons of other ways..."

"But it hasn't warmed since 1998.."

"Yes it has.. the hottest years on record have happened all within this century pretty much according to NASA.."

"But if global warming wasn't real though, a lot of scientists wouldn't have a job.."

...

"And like, all this is coming from the government.. You know we can't trust them anyway, I mean Obama? Psh! Why would you trust them, man? It's all a conspiracy..."

or why CO2 never even came close to 400 PPM in that time either. it never even got over 350 PPM in that time. then it suddenly shot up to 400 PPM.

propaganda, i suppose.

Here in Northern Colorado we had an 18" snowstorm in early February, that was wet like spring snow, and was GONE a week later, just like a spring storm. Daily highs have been in the fifties and sixties for the rest of the month and now into March.

2016 is the winter that wasn't, at least not around here. Even if summer highs don't hit records- and I bet big they will- we'll already see average temperatures skewed higher just because we had no winter cold spells.

Last summer was somehow very comfortable here in spite of the extremes seen elsewhere in the country. I can't expect that to last.

I showed you a chart of temperatures over 400K years and several times it rose above our current temperature by a significant amount. Have you forgotten the graph already?

Scientific American says the temperature has never been hotter and yet the graph that you have seen because I have show you again shows temperatures above what we have now. So, it aint science, it is propaganda when they say temperatures have never been hotter.

Show me a point, any time during the Earth's history where it's warmed this much in 135 years

look at the scale on that chart. None of those increases are nearly as sharp as the one we've seen over the past few decades.
