Weed easier to grow than most plants ,, rant/vent

MJ is very resilient and grows like a weed (no pun intended) and doesn't take much to grow, literally only need dirt water and sunshine. I can''t say the same for all plants, you can break and bend Mj and she pops right back up. It doesn't take really any skill to do it, but it takes skills to do it right.

Ah i miss reading overgrow, such enthusiasm, experimenting and passion for growing weed.

420mag has so many detailed and scientific threads but i never go to their forums just read what comes up on google searches so it might not be that great idk.

Rollitup was my first and only site although i have hung about on mycotopia now and again simply because they have some real dedicated growers who like to pick apart everything from light to nutes in a very detailed way.

I keep hearing the same old stuff here about how easy it is to grow weed but in my eyes its how much you can contribute to the subject of growing weed that moves a site forward.

I like it here but it does suck when you want to get into the finer points and experiment (just like on overgrow) but everyones like 'dude just stick a seed in soil and grow some!'.

I have grown a pretty large vegetable garden garden before and was pretty much self sufficient during summer and had enough dry beans to give away and last all winter. Its not too hard tbh, even without irrigation, if you keep it small its less than 30 mins work every morning.
I find the most important part of growing weed is setting up our room and dialing it in right. Once thats done everything else will be a piece of cake. Some strains do grow itself, but others just dont and can be a bit posh, and tbh the best weed doesnt usually have a great yield. So ye growing weed is easy but cultivating kilos of consistently good buds a lot has to synchronize.

Easy...

Carrots
Radish
Bell peppers
Tomatoes-generally
Most peppers
Asparagus
Garlic
Green onions
Onions in general
Potatoes
Cilantro
Okra

Hard to master.. And why

Real wasabi-because water temps need to be around 50 and grown hydroponically

Brussel sprouts-getting actual sprouts indoors is extremely hard

Banana trees-because it requires tropical temps

Lettuce and spinach they tend to bolt indoors.

Tomatoes suck indoors..

This is from my experience. I use to run a hydroshop in Dallas called Green habitat, I was the general manager.. We had the largest display I've ever seen.. And the best for a hydro shop. I literally had 12K worth of lights to play with and grew whatever I wanted.. It was an awesome experience for me.. I learned alot..

So this is the deal. I've been growing pot since I was 15, now 31.. I grow some frosty ass shit, sure.. But I know growers from the early 90s that are way better than me.. So yeah pot is easy to grow, but growing stuff that sells for 250 an ounce in a legal market is a whole different ball game..

Impressive .. I like... As for expensive weed i think is a very small part due to the grower. The main part being strain and costumer base. If your in a large city , people pay more ,, take that same weed to a small country town and you wont get the same price ,
