Newbie leaf problem

Just wondering if anyone can help diagnose what's going my leaves... This is my very first grow and j am learning as I go currently using a couple of cfls until I get my setup finished this weekend.
- when should I transplant to new pot? when should I start nutrients?
2 out of 5 have these spots which seem to be getting worse any help is appreciated thx

Looks very overwatered. Do not love them to death!
If you can't help yourself, buy a digital moisture probe. They are super cheap, like $15. Only water when meter <= 5.0

I concur.

Its over watered. Let them dry and go ahead and up pot.

Get a feel for the pot. If its light, water. If heavy, don't.

You can get the digital or analog. My wife is bad for over watering the house plants. I bought an analog moisture meter on amazon for five bucks.

Take some soil and spread it out to dry or in the oven. Dry in the sun. Get two identical pots. Fill one with moist dirt and fill one with dry. Pick them up, one in each hand, and get a feel for the weight. There will be a significant difference.
