Like brewing a fungal dominant AACT like the recipe from mocrobeorganics.com ?? That is what I have been doing to get the fungus in there..
1 gallon water
2.5% compost
0.5% molasses
pinch of kelp meal
pinch of rock dust
0.2% fish hydrolysate
Brew for 18 hours, dilute 1:1 and feed.
Let me know if there is an easier way to get a more diverse/better fungus action in there!
make sure to use fungal compost... i dont dilute..

ewc, mushroom compost/fungal compost, oat flour, kelp meal
mix wet, leave in dark dry place. what it should look like

then rain water, calphos, fish, molas, humic acid (optional)

Bloom nutes ready to ferment.
1:1:1 banana, squash, carrot.
Blended with a small amount of water to facilitate the process, then added a bottle of black strap molasses.
Put it in a plastic container with the lid cracked to off-gas and store in a dark place, not to cold.
In a few weeks I'll pour off all of the liquid and store for use as bloom feed.
Dilute 4T/gallon of water.

Bloom nutes (carrot, squash, banana, bottle of molasses) getting it's ferment on! Smells like sweet funky wine!View attachment 3628961
And here we go! Let's get that end product going!

IMG_20160312_102827.jpg

I used a beer brewers mesh bag rubber banded over the top of the container and then one of my wife's old nylons over that to ensure no particles would get through and to ensure that the bag would hold up to all the squeezing..

It smells amazing! Like a really sweet and pungent carrot wine!

I mixed the strained liquid with a bit more molasses (not much), and a little lacto b serum, then bottled it. Two full containers to go in the fridge (lids cracked to allow the last bits to ferment and off-gas) and another container sits on the shelf by the cab to water with weekly. (4T/gal)
