i really have no clue...

if you dont tell anyone and take the necessary mesaures to stay safe. How risky is a grow op lets say with 2 hps lamps. is it the light bill that will rasie a flag. is it the smell...what exactly is the easiest way to get cought. i was wondering how much is to much and what is safe. please help

The added electric shouldn't matter w/2 lights.
