lol...but is this a journal or thread?Cheers bud, getting through it now, slowly cooling off a bit. Lost a few seedlings but should be on the straight and narrow now!!
Ha ha LOL, this is the only thread I know of that you have going mate
Well, it's in the journal's section mate, so I'd probably say it is a journallol...but is this a journal or thread?
thanks, theres various types happening there, the NL x romulan is fast(about 50 days), then next is the UK cheese x mikado x blueberry(about 60-70days) then the white rhino x mikado x blueberry(about 60-75days), the NL x romulan are being harvested gradually this week, some of these are reveg/regrowers so theres a bit haphazardness happening as far as maturing timesNice plants, mate! I'm very curious about the timing? When do you plan to harvest them?
You have to put the link in your profile mate, from memory i think its done by putting it in your signature or something like that...ok thanks, its just that there is no link to the journal on the bottom of my posts as there are for your posts for example,?
So equinox is the same day worldwide, the day that equals night in duration. That's NEXT week. I'm just wondering how it's been fifty days already? They started blooming in January?thanks, theres various types happening there, the NL x romulan is fast(about 50 days), then next is the UK cheese x mikado x blueberry(about 60-70days) then the white rhino x mikado x blueberry(about 60-75days), the NL x romulan are being harvested gradually this week, some of these are reveg/regrowers so theres a bit haphazardness happening as far as maturing times

im in inland eastern australia, outdoors season here is basically october-march...spring-summer-autumn, i planted some real early in august...very short daylight hours so plants matured at 12" high, but culled males & left girls in, then during oct-nov as light hours increased plants reveg, so lots of those plants in my pics are revegs that flowered again in the last 2mths...though you maybe asking how are these outdoor plants budding before the onset of 12/12 day/nite? it seems with every type ive grown outdoors here on average most will autoflower outdoors after 3mths growth regardless as long as its past the maximum daylight time period (approx dec 20th) and on the decline, it does not need 12/12 day/nite to start the bloom process here, ive grown approx 20 different strain types in the last 20yrs ranging from skunk1 through to BB(though the original haze is another story), and they all in general follow this patternSo equinox is the same day worldwide, the day that equals night in duration. That's NEXT week. I'm just wondering how it's been fifty days already? They started blooming in January?
Right. I'd expect late March/early to mid April. But that's a month out yet.The longest day of the year for us is usually in mid to late december so our plants start budding in early Jan and are usually done by April at the latest
ive got some going in pots in a shed with an open roof and i extend the light hrs with a small 5w LED so they are getting approx 19hrs, they are 14" and in the next few days i will stop the light and just leave the natural sunlight on them (nearly 12/12 now anyways so they flip in the next few wks, these will be my pollen chucks, they will be taken a few miles away so there's no pollen at main baseRight. Yeah, mine are likely to be done in a few weeks, greencropper seems to have it worked out that he gets in 2 crops...props to him hey!!Right. I'd expect late March/early to mid April. But that's a month out yet.
thanks easty, but where i am the warmth of summer lasts right into may sometimes, it almost like an extra 2mths of summer compared to sydney for eg, but man i get sick of these indian summers and crave some cool weather, i look at the comparatively cooler temps for sydney every nite and im jealous, sweating thy ass of here...toll to be paid no matter what i guess...Yeah, mine are likely to be done in a few weeks, greencropper seems to have it worked out that he gets in 2 crops...props to him hey!!
Crikey, yeah thats fucked hey! Our season end abruptly in April when we start getting -5 on Amzac day then winter hits...HARD! I can handle growing inside then though, easier to heat a box than to cool itthanks easty, but where i am the warmth of summer lasts right into may sometimes, it almost like an extra 2mths of summer compared to sydney for eg, but man i get sick of these indian summers and crave some cool weather, i look at the comparatively cooler temps for sydney every nite and im jealous, sweating thy ass of here...toll to be paid no matter what i guess...
