I'll be updating this thread after I get my parts, but I just need someone to quickly confirm that these are the best possible parts (highest bin?) and the correct parts that I'll be needing. Quote from Jerry.

Paypal charge kinds sucks.... bastards!!! Isnt cree releasing new higher bins for their 3590's soon? Anyone know when they will become available? Why not get the B version drivers so its easier to dim them?

think i'll just get the A version, 50% is good enough. Don't want to deal with too many parts xD
The tiny screw under the rubber cap on the "A" version does not hold up well to adjustments over an over again. I went with the "B" version and added a switch inline with the pot. This way, when you open the switch it takes the 100K pot out of the circuit and you get about an extra 4%. It does add a little extra work initially, but in the long run, I really think it is worth it.

seems reasonable. youre saving $15-$20 per driver vs buying in US so that helps w/your shipping. as far as bin jump, from various sources it seems were at least another month out, maybe 2

only thing id do differently is snag some reflectors as well, theyre less than a buck each from jerry and you might like em better than the lenses
I like how the lenses look and that they cover the LED. I also read that output-wise the reflectors (Angelina) are similar to the lenses? But i'll pick some up if they're that cheap, just in case.

hm.. could I use the hlg-240 and would that be efficient? What does the screw on the hlg-185 A version need to be adjusted for? (I would be connecting a dimmer with it)

Too bad he doesn't accept bitcoin, could avoid the paypal fee :D
