Not picking. But yeah I was thinking the same thing...:confused:

I usually wait to feed seedlings atleast for the first week or so, just until they have a first set of real leaves. I could see maybe a drop or two of super thrive or a ml of thrive alive b-1 to a gallon of h2o maybe. But yeah bro I would back off a tad on feeding that early. Just a thought.
You should only use calmag if you need it. Why are you feeding a plant that size frequently ?

Biothrive and b12 you can totally give to seedlings/cuttings. I guess I was speaking more about generic Nutes and calmag.

Yeah, I seen that and was like oh shit.. just don't want the op to loose his babies. Hell, I've done it myself years ago not knowing. I'm sure we all have. They'll let you know if they need anything. But for the most part seedlings have what they need just starting out.

You don't have to use either. I haven't in several years, but they are nutrients that are ok to give cuttings/seedlings. Generally only once or twice though, not like an every feeding type deal.

No doubt. I use to start mine out on nutes. Hell some nute companies such as Dino gro has directions for seedling feed schedule, but I never used it on them though. I just think it's to much that early. I never dose um with exactly what the directions call for anyways. I usually cut whatever they recommend by half and that's only when there atleast a few weak old .

I use canna nutes with canna start at the beginning. I feed everyday with tap water and still add cal mag on top of that .Started out with 1ml/gal now just yesterday bumped it up to 3ml of cal mag plus and man they greened up beautifully. But at the early stage your at I would start with 1ml for now , do it and see. Mine looked good but when I took the advice of the grower at the dispensary and brought it up to 3 ml man it greened up real nice. All around healthier plant. I would water everyday not just for the nutes it replaces but for the oxygen too. Lemon Cake on the left, Kosher Kush on Right

Well, I'm glad that you guys babies are doing good with that procedure. However though as a general rule of thumb a plant shouldn't be feed atleast for the 1st up to 2 weeks in seedling/veg stage. Usually seedlings are already provided with everything they need provided by themselves (: I've seen some that started feeding early and it didn't end to well.

Glad there looking good though guys..

1 love.

Sass.

Never used the Cana line. What is your take on it vs others:confused: been thinking about trying it out, just gotta use all these different lineups I have now 1st though. Now tell me bro, let's say if and when I do try it, what all would say I'd need:confused:
My two plants are at the same age as yours Eddie I'll take some pics soon

This is my first grow with canna or coco. I use the whole canacoco line up at normal strength. My other grows were foxfarm soil. So I sure don't have much experience so far growing but the canna is doing good for me. I just wonder if the girls really do need it and how much of a difference it makes and if its worth the extra cost. I'm one of those people that has to the calculations himself and see the difference first hand, if any. Cheaper the better if the results are the same.

Plants reacted well to the feeding.

Last two in the back are the ones that got fed.

The solo cup up front is the same age as the smaller plant in the back but the size difference is way more noticeable. The back one only got fed once while the front cup still hasn't had it first Feed. So I think the seedling handled the feeding extremely well

I'm using the Lucas formula (kiss method)

So far I'm going with 1/4 teaspoon (1-2 ML I think) of Maxibloom RO WATER PH at 5.9-6.0

Nice stuff broham! When I get my clones going in this coco I'm going to be using Jack's. Just sprouted my bubba's gift as well.
