I guess it's logical that there was going to be all kinds of cause and effect issues being analyzed and 2 years later is not unexpected I wouldnt think. Issues that involve Mexican cartels is nothing new, nor is it exclusive to Colorado by any means.
I do wonder though, even as I did when they first legalized it, how do you really good a good reading on DUI with regards to weed? The fucked up drug testing I have to go through all the time says that I may have used marijuana sometime in the last 30 days. Obviously, that isn't going to work, so just how do they determine this in CO and where and how do they draw the lines ?

Here in Spain they do mouth swab tests if you test positive for alcohol and officer has reason to believe you are under the inffluence of psychotropics. Dilated pupils, fast speaking and euphoria seem to be the valid reasons..
You get a 500 to 1000 euro fine and few points off license or sumat.

Unfortunately i only do open blast on really windy days cause the wind dewaxes the oil and my tripod cant hold the camera. Thats why i dont like closed loop too much, ye ok you save maybe a bit more gas but its negligible, plus you cant dewax with wind in a closed lood system, nor can you have a spliff as youre doing it because the gaskets can become rusty and in turn ruin your solvent. This is why a looot of peoples bho is on the darker side, from rusty gaskets and shit.

The police removed homeless camps that were on a sidewalk and clearly a public safety issue.
The homeless were told way in advance and given a chance to leave.
The syringes, feces and trash were thrown away. Personal belongings were bagged and moved to a warehouse where people will have 30 days to claim their belongings.
