Hi ive been reading up on topping, can someone explain why some say top no more twice and others say as often as you like.

Yeah dude... how about this, I've topped my 2 month plant more times then I can remember

Top twice after you get 5nodes then LST or "mainline" pretty foolproof.
lots of budsites tie em down to keep the canopy even. And if you crack a crotch just bind up with garden tape.
They're finnicky but not delicate. Forget trimming, the plant will drop the leaves when it doesn't need them and EVERY leaf contributes to its overall health even the shaded ones.

Thanks for the advice ive topped once about 5 days ago and will do again tomoz, trying to kearn as much as possible and its abit of a overgrown jungle right now, but all this knowledge will hold me in good sted for next time, kind regards.
