If an owner was suspected of having ties to a criminal organization such as the Hell's Angels, that person would be denied a license or watched very closely.

All large legal grows are supposed to have cameras that the state regulatory board can access.

me too. if i was in a rental house and didn't have a family, i wouldn't care about plant counts. 3 flowering plants per person is extremely reasonable if you ask me.

Felons can't be legal growers. Legal grows are so strictly regulated and expensive there is no reason to do anything illegal. A few dispensaries have been nailed. If you are savvy enough and have enough money to get through the permitting and licensing process you pretty much have it made for the time being.

So the warehouse across the street from my brothers is definitely owned by the hells angels..

Nobody said any of these people had any felonies or anything.

Btw the warehouse my brother works is IN FACT ran by a felon. Ever heard of Texas Kid? Yeah you may live in Denver, you may think you know everything, but do work in the industry? Or do you just have a little supporter badge and think you run shit?

My brothers paycheck is signed by a man that also signs the rest of checks for all the blocks around his warehouse..

Before I got the turtle I remember you had quit smokin bro. It's all good. I'm really considering quitting really strong. Now that I'm happily divorced I've been thinking about hitting the road again in a big truck. I used to do that and man nothing better than driving all over the country. And I ain't got a damn thing holding me back right now. But, I would def have to quit smoking. Last year I drive I had 5 piss test. They don't fuck around either. They get you a load to base call you into dispatch give you the keys to the yard car, directions and paperwork to get er done.

@Trousers so my brother got home and I asked him to clarify to me everything.

He said that rules on edibles and concentrates changes in October. He said for med users it will be around 7 grams of dabs at a time. And most likely only 1 gram for rec.


And yes hells angels do rent and hold the license across the street, however the actual license holder maybe anyone with or without ties. He mentioned that about twice a week a large group of bikers shows up 20 to 30 at a time. All wearing hell angels jackets. Who knows?

From my understanding is that Livwell has the indoor acre and is the largest in Colorado, and the owner is from ??? And has ties to some sort of mafia?? And he has partners that run that run a ton of smaller operations. But they are from the same country. And supposedly was growing illegally from said country (maybe that is the organized crime) I don't care.. Lol

And there is supposedly 5 different main companies that run shit. The are named random stuff like Cannacorp, canna logistics and etc..
Also I guess what he was saying is that in zoned areas for cultivation most of the warehouses are actually owned by a small group, that rents for outrageous prices, kinda like a mafia..

Lol seriously, I only know what I've been told, by insiders.
