The pay is terrible. The only people making money are the owners. Most people that work in weed stores get paid near $8.50 an hour. Growers will get more, but that is about it.

There are many dispensaries that have one location and multiple grow locations. sometimes I can smell weed from an industrial park where I used to sell granite. The owner of the park leases to 3 different dispensaries, all with different owners.

This is old news. There is nothing about med changing.
Residents in a rec store are now limited to 8 grams of concentrate purchases per visit, down from 28 grams. Non-residents can get 2 grams down from 7 grams. The lawmakers did not understand concentrates.
I can source this. I can not find and have not heard about any changes to medical.
This is pretty much an non-issue that you are trying to make a big deal about.

The people in charge of licenses would not grant a license to a criminal organization or someone with known ties to a criminal organization.

Perhaps the Hell's Angels own the warehouse? Even then they would not be allowed legal access to the grow areas with out guest passes or actual badges.

Again, I know a warehouse owner that rents to 3 different dispensaries. How is it that they are not run by the big 5 you can't name? The warehouse in question is not in Denver.

Warehouse owners have nothing to do with growing. If they are fixing prices, the renters could file a complaint.
There is such a huge demand for warehouse space right now, your guy is probably just hearing bitching about prices.
