So I have am turtle tank that I clean regularly. I feed him fish and crayfish and dechlorinate the water. When I go to clean his tank could I use some of the water for my plants?

Think there would be bad bacteria for the roots in a turtle tank? I mean I don't know, turtles are filthy... But so is compost... Idk idk

I like clean water so I can add the specific nutrients ratios I want...

I sun grow my stuff. They are just babies. I saw that fish are good nutrients for soil and and it's a pure organic tank. I clean it twice a month when it starts to get green. I filled a bucket and Gave my plants a little bit. I'll post the results of what they look like. I'm not an experienced grower so I'm just trying to find the best method for what i got

I have a decent sized red eared slider. I clean her tank weekly. I don't think I would use the water that comes out of mine. It's some funky stuff. Doesn't smell right.

That's what I got but the water never really smells funky. I'll see what happens this week and I'll post what happens I guess

I vacume the gravel when I clean mine and what comes out is dark brown to black. She is about 6" or more in length (shell). She is constantly shedding shell and eats like a pig.

Ya same here. I just scooped some of the water before I did the vacuum gravel. Hopefully it doesn't harm them

Full of bacteria that water is, Best to discard it.. Fishtank water is cool tho. I used the water when I had goldfish.
