Let's stay on topic please
Wow. I expect some latitude. When you are losing your sense of humor over a girl you have not met... Well, check yo'self.

Sorry danksta, I am suspicious. I had a sister in a similar situation and I said a lot of things she did not want to hear. She was really pissed at me. Even though it ended up that I was 100% right about the situation (not exaggerating) it caused our relationship a lot of harm. I am guessing that some people closer to you might say the same things. Don't burn any bridges.

I will be taking my time to begin with, I do plan on taking trips. And she lives in Qatar where it's all muslim. She works her ass off to provide for her son and family.

I'd like to think I am a great guy but I am also single. I could easily find a girl here. I'm not brad pitt but I've never had a problem with getting very attractive girls.

My biggest problem is finding a quality girl here. I have old fashion views on relationship, and it seem hard to find here. Every girl I have dated seems to have the same damn train of thought. They are to into themselves. I'm not saying they don't exist but the good ones seem to be taken. And at my age the girls that are not married seem to be because they are bat shit crazy.

I am 100% me when I speak to her, why would she be any different.

The most attractive attribute about her is she does not judge me. I can talk about politics and religion and she is all ears. Most American girls give zero fucks and are more concerned about watching the Kardashians.. So yeah that's the way I feel
Let me give you a word of advice. Don't talk about politics with her.. what are you thinking o dank? Sorry this isn't going the way you wanted bro. It's not that everyones a hater. We just don't want you to get taken advantage of and hurt.

Never relocate for anyone. You will ALWAYS regret it.....and why the hell is she in Qatar?..How did she get there?..and what about the kid?.How old is he?....and who is the kid's father and is he somewhere in the equation? Do you have kids? I'm guessing not. I hear sirens and warning bells going off like crazy! Just another gold digger...Don't kid yourself.....and don't ask for advice if you don't want to hear it....especially when deep down you know it's right.

I actually tried to encourage my friend to make that move. But, I've been knowing him for 25 years and he don't have much family or any friends at all. He's got quite a lot saved on his 401 K and a paid for house he talks about selling to help start a new life in the Phillipines. He has a very detailed plan of how he will make income and survive over there. Like I said earlier, a store to trade with the locals. Breeding raising pigs and chickens and growing vegetables. He's spent a lot of time educating himself about the culture over there. I think he could make it over there and since he has little to no roots I believe he would adapt well. Based on knowing him all these years he's a pretty capable guy.

Anyway. That's what you should do. Study up on what it would take to get established over there. What you will need to be prepared for to acclimate into the culture of those people. And as I and others have said, visit the area several times. And get to know your new friend.

He's been with his girl 4 years now. That's a long time and only ever seen her that one time. I'll ask him the name of that resort he took her too. It sounded and looked awesome. He flew over their and flew her in as well. I think she was still working in Hong King at that time.

I don't there are many good jobs in the Phillipines. It sounds pretty common for the ambitious ones to get an education and work abroad.

No it's not like that, nothing has changed with me. But I do consider you guys as family. I make a thread about a serious decision that I am (considering) and I am asking for serious answers.

But hey brother I asked to keep things respectable to allow for culture differences. Since she will reading this. I have no one to really ask, so I asked my only family that I have, which is RIU.

I knew full well when I posted this but I thought we could be grown adults here.

So far Sunni has gave the answers that I respect. And that is why RIU is the way it is. Sunni has been a great mod, I should have been banned a long time ago. But this forum is different than others. This is my home.

I love all you guys.

I ask stuff here, because I trust yall.

Sorry I have had a couple drinks.

But all in all I respect every last one of you.

I respect Zara
I respected Yessica
I respected anohaze
I respected pinny

The beautiful thing about RIU is different personalitys can mix together.

I know the truth about zara, I will continue to the post.

I do not judge and I ask others to do the same.

Mj is all about love.

Some people are different.

We need to respect everyone as an individual.

As a forum we should share one love.

That one love is MJ

I dunno.

I dont have time to proof read this..

But much love to everyone

@ODanksta There seems to be some truth to the organ stealing going on in the Phillipines. I read two stories where tourist guys were drinking in a bar and woke up the next morning with long scars on their lower backs. Someone removed one of their kidneys. I guess tho go for about 10k a piece bro. And the Phillipines seems to be one of the hubs in organ trafficking. You met want to consider bringing your girl over here homie. I don't know.
It happens in a lot of Asian countries from what I've heard.

Some mighty fine points! I was wondering how she got to Qatar too. Lots to look into before diving into something like that.

Being part of your RIU family, we're looking out for you. I've been in your shoes and wish someone had pointed out some of the things that were brought up here, instead of learning it the hard way. Not saying she's a bad person, or you are, or that you're jumping the gun a little. You two might be perfect for each other, but two months is a short time to know that for sure. And if Texas women have taught me anything, they can go from perfect to bad news real quick. There's just a lot to consider when considering something of this magnitude.

Yes, it can work though. My buddy met his now wife, online in WoW, yes world of warcraft. It was close to a year before they met in person. Over a few years they visited each other back and forth between TX and NJ. I saw what it takes to go through a long distance relationship. It's not easy, you have to ask yourself, can you and her both go through that and be strong and develop a true love for each other? Ask yourself, is it real or is she just filling a void you have in your life right now?

I say go visit her, then have her come visit you, continue visiting each other for while before making the choice to move. If she really cares for you she'll come visit you, meet your family, your friends. It'll open her eyes to what you're willing to give up for her. Should she not understand that, and not give you time to make the right choice, then sadly I'd suggest not doing it. If she's willing to carry a long distance relationship for the time it takes for you to feel 100% absolutely at ease with what you're going to give up for her, then go for it.

If you want to talk more in private about this, feel free.
