Can anyone tell me if my seedling is okay? I found a seed in some unknown named marijuana. I have it in fox farm ocean forest. Light is Trotronics E27 12 W LED light. I have it in a Rubbermaid bin with mylar and fan gently blowing on it. I water it a little every few days. I do take it back and forth from my Rubbermaid bin to a sunny windowsill. I am no spring chicken and grew up in the 70s. This is an experiment and am enjoying trying this. If I can get this down, it may become my new hobby. Thank you

My plant is doing so much better! Can anybody tell me if this is a male or female or way too early to tell? No laughing at next question. If this ends up being female will I need a male plant to get bud? I'm sorry if i am using wrong terminology. I appreciate the help and keep reading up on things so I get better :)

Definitely too early to sex.
And to reiterate, no, a male and female together make babies (seeds).
You want an all girl family, unless you plan on breeding, in which case, male and female would be needed.
Looks really good so far.
How old is it?

Consider up potting now.

oh my god, I laughed...a 55 year old woman a dude!!! Love it. I think its almost a month old and the roots are starting to come out of drainage holes on the bottom of the cup. Thank you for explaining the male/female thing. I did not know they were new leaves. So if it ends up being a female I will have something to smoke right? I'm glad I have everybody here to help me. Do you mean transplanting it into a bigger pot? Again, thank you!

Yes, transplant asap. Your plant can only grow as big as you allow your roots to grow. A gallon pot should be good for now.
At a month old it is definitely stunted, most likely due to the fact it is not only living in a solo cup, but the cup isn't full of soil.

If it is female, yes, you have a good chance of getting some smoke.

If you decide to take this hobby on, you will pay dearly, but also be rewarded with perhaps the finest smoke ever.

Post pics after transplant and show it off "dude"!

Transplanting:
Full your pot halfway. Place solo cup in the middle and surround it with more soil. Remove solo cup. Carefully remove from cup and place into new pot. Water. Sit back and wait for magic

I had exactly the same colors developing in my plants when I was running in DWC. Turned out that my PH was well out of whack. I have since transported to peat substrate, recallobrated my ph meter, flushed them with PH corrected water and gave them a lower doses of nutrients on the next feed. I also added a little CalGel. Took about 10 days until I saw that the new leaves were growing nice colors again, although the old leaves still showed the same problems.
