Double EarAche/tinnitus

I just got over the flu. I was left with bad earaches, two of them. What can I do get rid of it? Also tinnitus started with the flu. This is my 40 day of earache. I did go to doctor a couple of times. They can not do anything. Any tips here.
I tried every thing on the pharmacy market. I still got it.
Is any type of marjuana strain that will help this? I am desperate. thanks. I did go to emergency. No help. Live with it (the pain). That is their opinion. This is my first message. Hello to you. The pain is 10, ringing in the ears.
I am thinking of pot. Why not? I am desperate. Heating pad does nothing to the ears. Pain killers do not work. I got the type b flu. It is horrible.

40 days is a bitch. Drive you insane. Gove the weed a shot...you never know...

i feel your brain/psyche has to "embrace tinnus as part of who you are "now"...not the old you

accept /embrace or it will drive you nuts.,thats the best advice i was given

you have pain..sounds like you still have infection..the pain surely should go away

then just maybe,,the ear ringing

Thanks for answering. There is no answers out there except ents or pot. My ears hurted inside both of them, ear tubes. My ears look clean. But who knows if they are block. Here is a new one, Ear Popper for the ear tubes. That sucker did not worked either. I got about it 2 weeks in the flu. I never did have an earache before. But double earache, inside the ear, someone was asking. I bought polysporin ear drops. It makes it ring more.
Pressure comes in the ear, then hurts like hell, then the tinnitus starts in the right ear like a big church bell. I don't like church bells any more. lol. I read a lot tinnitus, there is sound therapy and country western music sounds good now. It is susposed an illusion in your mind. It is not a disease. If I located a cure, I will let you know. Castor oil has not worked yet. It has been two week. There are many scams online. The guy with the Tinnitus, I know your pain. It is horrible. I could not imagine something that bad in your ears. Do you both ears or one. I believe one year the tinnitus, not sure. It is the right ear, it is loud.

As a long time sufferer of all things ear related I can only give you help on one. The pressure can be relieved with benadryl or another anti-histamine. It opens you up...personally I hadon't 7+ ear infections per year, every year from age 6-15. My hearing is damaged. Flying is a nightmare. I was going on vacation at age 10 and about an hour into the flight ear wax was coming out of my nose. I've had tubes implanted, multiple specialists and nothing helps. I was told to live with it. To be honest I frequently find cannabis makes it worse (I use cannabis to treat pain feom injuries related to a severely traumatice accident).
It's a tough deal man. Hope you feel better

there is no cure...several sufferers actually had their auditory nerve cut and and the sound went away for like a day

the brain found a new way to make it work..its in the brain

Like as in it came back? The brain just really wanted to make that sound happen?

Holy shit guys this does not sound fun!

I had swimmers ear when I was 10. I spent literally 2 weeks screaming myself to sleep. What a friggin nightmare.


1.distract yourself from the noise

2.embrace that this is your current "theme song" and try and make light out of the situation

3.I remember the doctors advised against swimming, but if I recall correctly, I went anyway ....and I tell you when I swam down to -10ft and came back to the surface....BOOM I had ear-jaculated !! Lol all of the shit inside my ear came flying out as I surfaced.... One of the best feelings of my life! lol

Thanks for answers. It quit for a minute. Wow.
This is strange. A blow dryer takes away the sound. Someone told it was drying my ear out. or could be the white noise. I am guessing here. It is bad. I would not wish this on anyone. My diet is cleaned. Not trashy.
No sugars, no fats, etc. no chips, my favorite.
I am on my way to buy Bendryl. Anything is worth trying. Wish me luck.

i tried gravol and stuff like you are going for ...[in desperation mode....]

its crap and just fk's you up....its bad for yer bod..

just get well[it may go away]
relax if you can...and try to go on with life

Maybe head to a naturopathic doc and hit up the elimination diet for a month or two. Unbelievable what it has done for my ailments since I started in December. I know when I have eaten something with dairy or gluten in it now, head gets all fucked up, depression kicks in, passed out on the couch within 30mins. Couldn't believe the joint pain was from all the peppers and tomatoes I was eating.

Just a thought for ya, I couldn't take the regular doc's anymore not giving me hope or help.
