lets try it again

i can know someone is the same user as a previous banned user like just from forum interactions and posts and being here as long as i have , but if i cant prove it with physical evidence through our system, than i wont ban them because than i could be wrong.

does that make it easier to read between the lines.

I see. Well, GWN would disagree with you. He knows, for a fact, the banned member is here under another name. And stated so. Not "I suspect, but can't prove it with physical evidence". Apparently he has insight you do not? Beats me.

But if he is here on Tor than his IP is hidden so their is no way to prove 100%.

If the system can't prove its him he's cool.. Mods can't do anything that the system doesn't allow...thinking someone is pinworm isn't evidence its an opinion.

Not sure how you can speak for GWN. His comment was unambiguous and left no room for interpretation. If you want to tell him he's not entirely accurate with his assertion, be my guest.
