Fruit flys or what

So I found some small looking flies around my plants. at first I noticed small holes on two leaves. Now I've seen little small flies (not sure what they are) underneath some leaves. Plants are two weeks old

I'm growing in coco and I water every 2-3 days so the coco isn't always moist. RH always around 40-50. I do lay a wet towel on the tent to help with RH

I have ducting running through The bottom of my tent as passive intake, but I leave the opening right by my screen door. So I think they maybe coming in through there.

What should I do?

Diatomaceous Earth
Diatomaceous Earth - Food Grade—5-lb - Bag - Diatomaceous - Garden Harvest Supply

It is commonly used to organically control insects, as an internal wormer, and for parasite removal.

It controls insects by physical, not chemical, action; it punctures an insect’s exoskeleton and absorbs its body fluids—thus posing no harm to warm-blooded life. Moreover, on any surface, this natural pesticide has a remarkable repellency factor. As long as diatomaceous earth is present, insects tend to stay away, making a serious infestation unlikely. The more it is used, the more an environment is created that makes insects feel unwelcome.

When Diatomaceous Earth is used as an organic wormer, it kills any worms or parasites your animals may have.

I love this stuff"

Basically just sprinkle it on the top of your medium. It won't hurt your plants if you get any on them. The little bugs just need to walk through it in order for the diatomaceous earth to work.

Ok cool simple enough, first thing I'm getting tomorrow

Yea it's gnats fur sure, they're smaller then fruit flies and are sucking sap through the leaves, I've killed two already but I think it's in the coco
