A bigger company, prolly by the hour. If it was for an individual, possibly by the ounce. Every situation is different.

Cash more than likely but you might still need to pay taxes they just can't do it like a normal business since banks are cunts.

To be honest i wouldnt pay more than 100 euro for 18 hours of solid trimming work. And if i was getting paidto trim for 18 hours i would only do it for 150. And i need good beer, dnb being played and a weed butler to load bongs and dabs and gather all the hash from the gloves and scissors.
