BC Bud Depot - Night Nurse & BC Blueberry

I've only ordered seeds from one place. But... they seem to have gone to fem seeds only for the most part and the few reg seeds they have available don't interest me. So I'm looking elsewhere...

A couple strains interest me - Night Nurse & BC Blueberry. They are award winners by BC Bud Depot.

Can anybody here tell me anything about these strains? And more importantly... is BC Bud Depot a reliable seller?

counterfeit genetics peddlers. Should see their GSC. I never even seen or smoked gsc but anyone can tell that theirs is not the real deal.

Hmmm, interesting, have never had a problem when ordering through them. idk that they're any better or worse than others I've purchased from and they're one of the few remaining banks selling regs. Here's some of the stuff I've grown and crossed from them that are still in my garden.

Blueberry male which I used to cross the next one:

That's great that you got some nice plants from them. I just can't support a company with a lack of ethics. Slapping a popular strain name on genetics that is so obviously not legitimate is not cool in my books. If they do it once they have done it before and will do it again imo. Cash grabbers. I'd be curious if that Harlequin actually tests high cbd?

so many mixed reviews about this company. curious did you order directly from them or from a retailer/etailer?

Yeah I don't know anything about them personally. I ordered, they delivered, found a couple of decent phenos good enough to keep. I can't send them out for testing so don't know for sure but it sure is a different stone than anything else I've grown. The main reason I kept that harlequin pheno though was it's some of the best smelling and tasting pot I've ever smoked. Quite frankly, I've bought and grown out crap from some big name breeders and some of these smaller/unknown breeders were just as good or better. I use my nose and taste buds to tell me whether the genetics are good, not the brand name.

Edit: I've ordered straight from them only although some banks do carry their seeds

Fo sho I completely agree with you in that we should use the nose and taste buds to tell if the herb is good or not and not brand names.

The seed game is a dirty business so I like to try to support the good guys and ethical seed makers/sellers as opposed to the counterfeiters and shitheads in the industry.

Oh absolutely if I know of a scumbag I'd stay away but hadn't heard or seen anything specific with BCBD, other than some comments on GSC (overrated anyhow). They seem to use some genetics/names that they actually produce themselves but they seem to be open about it, not like they're hiding it. I hear about a breeder with a good rep or they've shown some great service (Breeder's Boutique is one example) I'll support them for whatever genetics they offer. But when I'm looking for something specific and potential breeding stock I don't automatically assume the big names are the shit, e.g. Not trashing them, could be just bad luck but I've yet to bother growing out any seeds I've purchased from Barney's, I cull early if there's no vigour or defs show up and I've tried about 3 or 4 of theirs which never made it out of a party cup they were so bad.

Well... i dunno...

All it takes is one....

I mean you might be running a good business, but if you dont treat everybody right... it only takes one person to spreading ad reviews and itll cost ya. HGS is a percect example of that. I never had a problem...but a couple people did and HGS had some real rep trouble for a while...maybe still does...

In a competitive business like this you cant make mistakes... or at least if you do you need to fix it pronto so your name doesnt get dragged through the mud...

I sort of thought the GSC thing had to be a lot of hype, but growing out the S1's from Chimera from the actual SF cut I have to say it's pretty damn outstanding and the hype is largely deserved. Although I'd never grow it commercially as it's too unvigorous.

What kind of high do these Girl Scout Cookies give, heady or narcotic?

The name girl scout cookies makes perfect sense when when you smoke it. Very pleasant heady high...at least it did to me...lol ...no anxiety...
Heady high, huh? Nice. Sounds like the Girl Scout cookies you've been eating are sold in dispensaries only.
