Emergency Harvest

Today marks 59 days of 12/12 and I am ready for this run to be over with entirely. I put too many oversized ladies into a single room and they all turned into huge bushes that I failed to maintain. They have suffered all kinds of deficiencies and unnecessary stress. These 4 ladies all came from the same bagseed (kandy kush?) mom and were started at the same time. A couple of the tops even burnt in the light during early flower and I had to trim the burnt material away, which caused deformed/delayed development.

I still want to get the most from this run, yet I still want to start on the next run right away since I am in need of quality medicine asap. This is my 4th run and I have never had issues like these, but I know what to do to prevent it in the future.

I am trying to figure out if I should chop now or try and let it run longer.

The foxtails (I believe?) are getting ridiculous and starting on nearly most of the buds on of the the ladies. Also, should I trim those bitches off after harvest?

Yes CPS should come take your girls away from you. I did not look at every picture but I did not see foxtailing. Nice mess... Shame on you. ;)

Man... its hard to look at... what have the temps been? I see a lot of purple stems which sometimes means it was to cold..or could be a phosphorus deficiency...if it was cold, it is going to slow the buds down quite a bit

There was a phosphorus deficiency several weeks ago, and I adjusted for it in my res but there was already a lot of purple. The temps have been 75 during the day and 62 at nights.

Well, to toss my opinion in on your original question..I can't really tell from pictures what the trichomes look like for certain, only you can do that with a loop or usb microscope, but in a couple of the shots I don't seem to see any amber, but do make out what is probably cloudy..its personal preference IMO opinion when to harvest as each stages provides a different type of buzz so they say. but if it were my crop, I would consider taking out one or two of the plants that seem to be in the worst condition if they were close to being ready and save the better of the plants to allow for them to mature some. When you say day 59, is that from flip or after the stretch and showing sex? I think they have a couple of weeks to go, but if the temps and humidity arent right and there isn't enough circulation and if the balance in your res (you are hydro?) isnt right chances are the buds arent going to get any bigger and the plants are just going to continue to struggle

I'll probably end up pulling the ripest/worst two first and let the other two run. What happens if I continue flowering until most of the stigmas retract and orange? Will too many amber trichomes make the buzz more intense, or will you just simply get hella tired?

When I say day 59 of flowering that's from flip. The humidity has been chilling in the low 40%'s and has not moved much.
