These were healthy parent plants until about a month ago when they started browning and dying off. I large trim back worked well and they came back healthy until the last 2 days when signs of browning started showing up again.

Dirt Grown
Bi-Daily watering with nutrients
Indoor grow
Veg under 20hrs of t5 lighting

Considering your feeding schedule and your lack of info in going to say nute lockout from improper ph that being said what's your ph?

It's highly doubtful it's pH related. These plants have been healthy and growing well and nothing has changed in the nutrient or watering schedule. Nutrients are prepared weekly and premixed in a 55 gallon drum, ph balanced to 6.2 and aerated. Parents are watered with either straight R/O water or nutes depending on the day of the week.

This also appears to spread from plant to plant. I have some 30 plants in this room and 27 of them appear healthy. One plant started showing signs of this and from there it seems to have spread to the nearby plants.

What's your run off soil can acidity over time no bugs? Would have to be like gnats or something affecting the roots not root bound? if not it either has to be root damage of some type or a virus but that would be the least likely what nutes are you using?

I would look at the most severe case root system then work from there. Trimming the top and having it come back is a tell tale sign.

Edit: I don't mean to tear up the roots just look then put her back gently

I will have to test the soil run off. I do have gnat issues in this room at the moment and have started treating for that. These were recently repotted (3 months ago) with fox farms soil. Root bound could be an issue as I believe the affected plants are all in plastic pots.

I use GH Flora Series for nutes.

I would defiantly have to say it's roots in one way or another so either you have one hell of a gnat infestation Or they are root bound your nutes are fine if your run off is good I'm leaning towards root bound only other thing it could be bugs like stated above could be micro mites like "russet" mites which are even worse then spider mites

I have never seen this before.

This plant is dying from inside out!

I would say that there is something with the roots, they cant feed the plant!
