When the leaves get yellow?

Hi folks

After two rounds of growing i found that most of my plant's leaves would become yellow from the downward to top when the 60days in 12/12, it is obviously the symptom of lacking of N in my first thought but there was only around 10days before harvest, i thought it was not necessary to add N to my nut. This phenomenon has happened two times through my 2 round growing, im confusing what bad effects it causes to my grow and what is the possibility of tihs? Thanks!

I wouldnt think, if your not seeing the fading of N until 60 days flowering or so, I'd be inclined to not worry much about it.
On your next run, try staying with your GROW nutes a little longer after you switch to 12/12
......and post us some pictures....we love your pictures.....

If you are happy with your finished product, there are no bad effects from your leaves going yellow. The plant is approaching its end of life as it finishes flowering, so it is not unusual for it to show its age.

Hi so from what I've read those leaves turning yellow is an indicator that its harvest time. I believe you OK. But pls wait for more response . that way you get a little more balanced view. Got any Picts?

Its called seasonal leaf drop. At the end of the growing season the leaves fall off just like on trees. If you want it to not be as bad just use fertilizer with more Nitrogen and less Phosphorus and Potassium. Personally i switch from grow feed to bloom feed at week 3.5 of flower and i dont get very much seasonal leaf drop, but i still get some at the bottom of the plant usually. Everyone does. Another trick is to feed harder in veg. Some people under feed in veg and the plants dont have enough stored nitrogen for the stretch.
