What I hear out of 500 homes only about 125 will be rebuilt...that leaves a new buyer with a well and pad to re-build on...the rules to grow is you need a residential unit with a final...A buyer could do a purchase from the owner,no bank loan,,,,lets get to a build out guysI have no idea where that is
