I've been SMS/Text Messaging him since my bank reversed that cash and he has responded, but the responses are a little... Generic?
I have exchanged many (MANY) emails with Rooty in the past and I have never had him respond like this to me. He is usually pretty casual in his emails. It could be him and maybe everything is fine, but it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me...
I waited and didn't respond right away to see if he would change what he said, the punctuation, add a comma or just change something in his responses. He changed his signature once, but that was it.
I had written him a few texts and when I finally got a response, it was never an actual response to what I said or a question in regards to the content. It was always just "Hey this is Substrate Genetics".
You can't really see from the screenshot, but before my Message at the top, I had written 5 or 6 very VERY long SMS/Text Messages to him. All having questions about his site, my banks, etc. Very detailed texts. I don't get why there wasn't any type of response to what I had said.

He seems to not know what to tell you, i assure you he replies on IG, i also non stop post on inhouse and poweredbydiesel and all of hes other suppliers asking whats going on wd substrate...

I am actually ordering from a Seedbank in the USA.
Seeds Here Now (www.SeedsHereNow.com) is the shit !
They have great genetics and great prices. I got a pack of Top Dawg Chem's for $200 that were $350 everywhere else. I figured I'd stick with them because they guarantee everything 100%. They also send you real photos (they're little information cards) of the actual genetics you're buying so that you can compare them to what you're growing. If you're not happy, they replace it. I've never had to replace any seeds from them, but the guy that runs the place guarantees everything and will replace your order if you're not happy.
The guy that owns the place has some great contacts. And they've been around since 2010 I think. I talked to him once before (years ago) and he was really nice and informative.
SeedsHereNow has Top Dawg, Exotic Genetix (Exotic Genetics), TH-Seeds and a bunch more.
I read somewhere that they don't carry genetics that haven't been around for atleast 5 years (or something like that).
I put these guys on the back burner for awhile because they had switched sites awhile back (they formally announced beforehand that they were moving from one site to another- they were changing locations- and their site was "WA-something" for Washington- they were moving to another state) and I wanted to wait and see if they were still up and running. I totally forgot about them.
Anyways, I just gave them that $500 and within minutes I received a confirmation.
An hour later I received tracking.
They will be here on Wednesday!
These guys have been around forever and I should have just stuck with them.
Everyone has their own opinion. But you asked, and this is where I put my money.
