few can grow 2-3 lb plants or 2lbs per 1 k....

we do not need talk of floor space either..

Next thing somebody will be recommending bloom boxes

many different strains are needed for med grows..basically only small % are grown out ....



and we DO want you to be right Viana..but right now its just pie in the sky

Im curious about this one, can they keep the MMPR 5gpd? 25plants under MMAR? What about possession(150g) and previous storage?

Was there anything in Phelans ruling regarding plant counts and dosage limits?

But you see there is a contradiction/flaw in your argument, if you can not grow 1 and a half pounds per light, then why are you growing?

So thats a no then. She didnt state anything. Seems pretty clear. Can she simply over rule the courts decision and simply say "fuck it" even though ALL their resons against home grows were disproven? Doubtful

She watched her tracks carefully, wanted to say medical marijuana but always had to reverb to marijuana for medical purposes. Accessibility and cost, she doesn't want to flat out say "grow ops coming to a home near you!"

I'll believe it when I see it. Lawyers will get continue to get nice and rich fighting these stupid rules for decades.

Except, of course, no one knows of any 'stupid rules' that are needing to be fought. I haven't gotten a cease and desist order for my garden lately, and aside from not being able to switch addresses, I am not overly restricted. Unless Canada becomes a dictatorship in the next five months, I will continue to grow. HC cannot regulate dosage, and every safety issue they attempted to use was found to be without merit. Phelan has ruled patients have a constitutional right to grow and no amount of HC wizardry is going to change that. What exactly do you think they will want or be able to do that is going to be so terrible?...I don't get it.

that was MMPR stuff and Manson on the 150g limit i think.
when they make the new regime, they will have to account for people who have larger prescriptions. giving a 150 limit to someone who has a 300 g/day is just plain dumb.
giving someone with the average of 18/g/day is wrong also. that's a little over 8 days of meds. what if you had an out of town job that took you away for 10 days or 2 weeks? you couldn't have that job

Im with ya just what we want and what we get are always different things. Why would HC limit MMPR to 5gpd? It should have been left alone. Help there LP buddy's. I wonder what kind of jackoff application they will push out. Here's to hoping MMAR comes back and replace PPS with LPs.

True that. There should be the exact same possession limits on cannabis as there is on blood pressure medication. I don't know how important possession amounts are going to be once rec goes legal. Everyone will be allowed at least 30g, maybe 60 or 90, so allowing a patient to carry more should be no big deal. I have a feeling we will see a glimpse what recreational legalization looks like around the same time as new mmj rules take effect. It would make sense to use the opportunity to gauge public sentiment around rec rules, and alleviate fears of the uninformed and the former Harper hugging crowd. If the news is focused on cannabis already, why not use it to showcase their plans for world-class legalization? Just a theory, but I think it's a possibility.

I said that a long time ago...it would have been so much simpler than the bullshit we just went through. It was one of the things I suggested when HC had their bullshit 'consultation' period. I'm sure it will be called something else, but the new system will look alot like the mmar with LP's replacing PPS. I'd like to know what it cost to implement the mmpr, only to return to where we were?

i know that Phelan said we should get home grows but i hope that the government doesn't offer cheaper meds if we sign on with the evil LP.
since their quality is questionable and that they nuke their meds, i would never be OK with that.
i really hope they don't mess around too much with plant counts. not everyone can and/or will grow trees

I agree! Should be no diff. I was part of it in the 70's.
I was just thinking, given the political climate, what will they allow more easily.
Like something to trade for more plants?
