Scroggers I need help!

I did a little bit of tying down , didn't really call for it everything look kinda even...but did get a lil scissor happy lol kept it to a minimum. But there were so much sites hiding under there! I think I'm done training them for now want them too focuse on the flowers now .

It's filling up in there looking nice! Do you still cut some leaf in that stage?

GWN keeps his 26" or something like that it's somewhere on here ,and I have mine at 18"

Ok cool yeah i think I'm pretty much done ... IM just going to focuse on the canopy being even as possible. @GreatwhiteNorth whats this look like to you ? I uped the N a lil bit and i thought I had plenty cal/mag 2tsp per 5/gal. Ph 5.9 and my light is 20" from tops? Maybe the 600 too much ? hopefully it'll green up with N boost

Not normal its def or light I think..? I'm leaning toward cal or N def ?. Your plants should be green all the way up until harvest day (Atleast idealy ;) )

Just wierd because I feed my veging plants the same thing this last week and there very lush .. So I'm not sure could be light ,going to see if they green up after this N boost ,if not Ill dim lights too 400

@jacrispy Yeah i mix up nutes in a 10 gallons with airstones I have it premixed for 3 days I don't have to make new mixes. Anyway the ph was rising a lot on the 3rd day so yeah it was a ph/lockout issue...

While I'm posting here's a day 14

That sounds like super cropping and that's a hst no? I am only asking as a fellow learner, but isn't that type of training only meant for veg mode? You make knuckles out of were you pinch, but I read doing this is bloom mode can cause hermies. Due to stressing the plant.

I just started using this method by no means a pro, but I do believe any stress like that could hurt yields if done during flowering.

I understand the need to lst tucking during flower for sure, just not sure about the super croping.

Sorry if this has been asked but I scimmed through from the beginning of this post looking for your feed schedule. So @ GWN and STLbudz how are you feeding? I'm getting feeding schedules all over the map for coco from every day to every other day to feed, feed, water... So what are you guys doing?

I'm also in coco and doing a scrog, first grow/scrog.

No I don't keep a journal - just post pic's in random threads when it's relevant.
And perhaps I wasn't clear on my training methods, so in a nutshell I allow the screen to fill to 100% (or very close) by just pushing them back down under the screen and at that time I may take off some of the larger fan leaves to allow the tops to get through and switch to 12/12. Then as they work themselves through (with a bit of help for some) I will supercrop, bend & even weigh down the tops with wire hooks. During this time I'm also opening up foliar "holes" so as many bud sites as possible will make above the canopy. Once things look good & stretch is about done I will let them do their thing with the occasional leaf snip here or there.

I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to help you with a feeding sked - I'm running living organic soil so I simply add water with perhaps a bit of top dressing of this or that if it looks necessary. I've got my mix pretty dialed in so typically I can finish a grow without adding anything.

You'll hear a lot of diffrent methods dos and donts but at the end of the day you, you do what works for you and situation . There's no right answer or wrong theres a lot of mis leading info too tho.
Also when I first started I used to leave leaves untouched and all that Mumbo jumbo "going by the book" but I'm yielding way more then I have ever done through experimenting on what works(for me)

Personally I'm having trouble starting them in coco (I start in solo cups with roots organic)then into 3 gallons all coco,still new to it however have a harvest with it going on to my second . From My experience I water ever day with nutes .and every other day with plants still rooting in to their new pots

@STLbudz- yeah I've been experimenting simply because everyone's info seems to be all over the map! I'm on my first grow (3 plants) but I think two of them are going to be males (back two) so I'm just using them as a "training aids". I'm growing for me not a fatter wallet :)

I seeded in paper towel and put in a rockwool type material. Then straight to coco in solo cups. I've essentially had zero issues so far except for the fact that I think they are growing slow, then again I've got nothing to compare them to, lol.

Great work there! Wow, how high is your tent? You're going to be doing some serious scrogging there mate. :D
