Strain super lemon haze autoflowering by ghs..day 88 from seed..medium hydroponics..how long will it take for the trichomes to turn amber in autoflowering strains??so when to start the final flush and when to chop her down??
Some don't amber no matter what you do, buds look ready too me but another 2 days won't hurt.

I say flip the script - flush now and cut in a couple days. Most autos stay under 90 days.
Same with my auto's, only sugar leaves are covered in amber

Looks like some real nice buds. I never flush anymore just add plain water the last week or 2 of harvest. Some nutrient companies even recommend adding sugars up until the end for the microbes and flavor. I would probably have cut it down already so i could start the next grow. Sometimes the crystals don't get amber like we want them to at a fast enough rate. Let your plants go too long and they will start to lose potency. IMO 88 days is way too long to wait. I have a greenhouse seeds non auto SLH pheno that will finish from clones much faster than that. I cut them only 6 weeks in flower if I need the room for other plants. I've never done auto slh but the feminized seeds I have never been disappointed except slh seems to be a bit more prone to PM compared to others. It's a legendary strain and has some of the best flavor. Either way whatever you decide to do your stuff looks great. Nice job!

I'm growin a non auto SLH myself actually tomorrow is the end of wk8 I was considering cutting just at 9wk but I'm forced to wait till 9wk 4days (work an all) probably better off though as for yours I and correct me if I'm just seeing things, see a few ambers starting in that 2nd to last pic. Just my personal 2 cents on it but I'd say flush now w/ at least one more plain RO watering then just chop it when you have the time in a wkYou cut your SLH wk6?? how the heck is the smoke?? I've heard plenty that you'll have a bad time (headaches and whatnot?) cuttin way early. I'm not the end all expert by any sense but wouldn't the trich's be immature and not have anything near its peak potency if at all? I'd love to see a grow journal of yours
my own guess is possibly you have a really fast finisher and finishing that early for such a fasty doesn't make as huge a difference as I see many others that grow SLH?
