image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Probably this Friday night I planned to harvest my girl. However I won't be able to get a strong enough microscope or magnifying glass till sometimes next week. Before I even made the decision to go ahead and harvest I wanted to make sure it was pretty mature but not too too couch locking but a good even high.Anyway I provided a few pics even though this may not help at all being that you can't really see the true color of the trichomes

Wait for your scope, bet it's not even near couchlock right now and could use a few more weeks

2 to 3 more weeks id say- when all those white pistils have turned orange & recede then you'll see a slight swell in the bud; that is when it'll be close to ripeness- order your scope you'll need it soon

you have time, get at least a 60X jewelers louple or higher, and wait till you start to see amber trichomes, when you have 5 to 10% amber thats peak harvest time, if you dont want couchlock, wait till you just start seeing a few here and there

Honestly guys idk I made a lot of "noob" mistakes thinking it won't make that much of a difference with a fan.I added it kind of late and now the buds seem a little too heave for her it's leaning all the way down almost!Think I might as well harvest and do better with the clone

clear trichomes aren't "useless" but they aren't mature, they have not reached their peak, if you harvest while you still have mostly clear trics, you're just cheating yourself. trust me, i know that feeling, you want to smoke that bud, you want to smoke YOUR bud, but it'll be so much better if you have a little patience

Bending a little shouldn't hurt, as long as branches aren't breaking. Support the droopy branches *gently and carefully* and give her some more time. Still lots of white/greenish white, straight pistils... I'd say watch your nute usage and wait for your magnifier.

Put a stick in the dirt and tie up the branches. Your branches are falling over from lack of light. The last few weeks are when the plant swells up, starts smellin purty. Why spend all the time growing it just to ruin it at the end? If you're hurtin for smoke try taking a little nug, you'll be surprised how much better it'll be in 2-3 weeks. One of the hardest parts of growing is learning patience.

one of the hardest parts is waiting for curing. you have to wait weeks to harvest, just to wait more weeks to be able to smoke. at least one week hanging if you manicure most of the leaves off before you hang it, then at least 2 more weeks in containers before its dry enough to smoke, then 2 months or more before the chlorophyll smell fades and it starts to actually smell like good weed and not lawn trimmings.

I find it happens when picked early as well but yes I also may have dried it to fast as well. Lots of times I'll have to take down an outdoor one here due to bud rot setting in and they taste like crap
